HELPING HIGH-ACHIEVERS COPE WITH STRESS, SELF-CRITICISM, & BURNOUT
LOVES DOGS & LIFE’S SIMPLE JOYS
You’re the one who sets big goals, who shows up for everyone else, who’s known for being ambitious, kind, and wise beyond your years. But right now? You’re overwhelmed. Even the little things feel heavy. That ambition that once pushed you forward might now feel like racing thoughts at 2 AM, a tight chest, and a never-ending list of expectations (mostly your own).
That strong, determined voice inside? It’s turned into a constant critic, reminding you you’re not doing enough. You just want a break. A pause. A moment to breathe without having to be “on.”
Maybe you’re in the middle of a life shift: starting a new job, entering a new decade, transitioning into or out of a relationship, or leaving school behind. You’re feeling everything — excitement, sadness, confusion, maybe even guilt for not feeling more “together.” You want to celebrate your wins, but also just need someone to say, “Yeah, this is a lot. And I see you.”
Here’s the good news: You don’t have to figure it all out alone. This is where I come in.
In therapy with me, we’ll create space just for you. No judgment. No pressure. Just real, honest conversations and tools that help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more you. We’ll get curious about that inner critic and start to shift it into something that supports you instead of holding you back. We’ll dig into the anxiety, the transitions, the stuckness, the stress, and figure out what’s underneath it all.
Together, we’ll find clarity, reconnect with your strengths, and build something that *actually works* for your life. And maybe, just maybe, we’ll help you find your version of the pause button.
If you’re tired of holding it all together and ready for some real support, let’s talk. Schedule your free 15-minute consultation today. Your next chapter starts here!
More Than Just a Therapist.
Outside of work, you can find me snuggling up with my dog for some good laughs or documentaries, and we may sneak some reality TV in there as well. Truly my dog teaches me how to be more present in my life through our walks, where I will often listen to audiobooks or podcasts and take in the fresh air. I unwind and slow down through cooking with some good music, anything crock pot is always my go-to! There is nothing like allowing yourself some time to enjoy a good home-made meal with your favorite song in the background.
