Meet Your Therapist.
Moriah Edge-Partington, Registered Psychologist, (she/her)
Master of Education in Counselling Psychology (MEd)
Helping individuals navigate stress, uncertainty, and change
Coffee, books, nature, and animal enthusiast
You are trying your best to manage relationships, work, and life’s responsibilities. But on the inside, you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and exhausted from holding it all together. Perhaps the quiet accumulation of stress has you doubting yourself and your decisions. You find it hard to quiet your mind, your relationships feel strained, and you’re questioning what direction to take next.
In our work together, my goal is to help you better understand yourself and the patterns
underlying your experiences while developing concrete, evidence-based tools to support change.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, honest, and purposeful. We’ll explore what’s
contributing to your current concerns, strengthening awareness, and building strategies that translate into daily life.
You don’t need to arrive with a clear roadmap or perfect words to start therapy. Our work starts with where you are, not where you think you should be. From there, we can focus on your goals, create space for insight, and work towards what matters most to you.
More Than Just a Therapist.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending my time with friends, family, and my two cats. I love
exploring new restaurants and cafes, and I’m always in pursuit of the next sweet treat. In my downtime, I appreciate a good book, TV series, or an adventure to the mountains.
