● Therapy for Men.
Real Talk. No Judgment.
In person in Mission, Calgary SW and online across Alberta
What Is Therapy for Men?
Therapy for men is a straightforward, judgment-free space to deal with what you’ve been carrying, whether that’s stress, anger, low mood or pressure at work and at home. You don’t have to stop being strong. You just don’t have to do it alone.
Carrying More Than You Let On?
You keep things running at work and at home, but lately it’s harder to switch off. Maybe you’re short with the people you care about, sleeping badly, or feeling flat and not sure why. You might not have the words for it yet, and that’s okay.
Do you notice any of these?
Feeling stressed, on edge or irritable more often than you’d like
Bottling things up until they come out sideways
Low energy, low motivation or feeling numb
Struggling with a loss, a breakup or a big life change
Using alcohol, work or your phone to avoid what’s going on
Feeling disconnected from your partner, kids or friends
New to Therapy? Start Here.
Never been to therapy before? Most men haven’t. Luckily, nobody expects you to know what to say. Let’s make it easy:
Book a free 15-minute consult
A quick, no-pressure call to ask questions and see if it’s a good fit.
Come to your first session
This time is about you. Talk about what’s on your mind, share only what you want to, and go at your own pace. It feels more like a conversation than a formal appointment.
Build the plan together
You and your therapist work out what to focus on, which tools to try and how often to meet. Many people start weekly or every couple of weeks, then adjust as life changes. In person or online, whatever fits your schedule.
