Meet Your Therapist.
CHRIS SULLIVAN, Registered Social Worker (HE/HIM)
MASTER OF SOCIAL WORK (MSW)
HELPING TEENS & ADULTS NAVIGATE ANXIETY, TRAUMA, GRIEF & LIFE’S TOUGHEST MOMENTS
LOVES THE MOUNTAINS, A GOOD BOOK + COOKING SOMETHING DELICIOUS
I believe therapy is less about fixing what’s broken and more about understanding what truly matters. I see the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change, creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow.
With over 20 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults, I take an integrative, personalized approach that draws from a range of therapeutic models. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, addiction, grief and loss, self-esteem, and stress.
My work is strengths-based, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own story. Alongside talk therapy, I incorporate experiential and creative approaches when helpful, particularly for those who benefit from movement or learning through action.
Together, we’ll build practical tools, strengthen resilience and connection, and create meaningful steps toward greater balance and well-being. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, with a complimentary 15-minute consultation available for new clients.
More Than Just a Therapist.
I love fresh air and the mountains. Outside of work, you’ll often find me hiking, cycling, or skiing. With previous work in journalism and photography, creativity in all its forms is a big part of my life. That creativity is also fuelled by my avid reading and the creating of delicious meals.
