Do you ever feel overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything life and society expect of you? Maybe you’re navigating a big transition, feeling stuck in patterns that aren’t working, or struggling to find a sense of balance. Holding it together on your own can be exhausting. I believe that real change begins in authentic relationships where you feel safe and genuinely understood.
My approach to therapy is warm, person-centered, and firmly grounded in the belief that you already have deep resilience—sometimes you just need the right space to reconnect with it. Whether we’re making sense of anxious thoughts, working through heavy emotions, or figuring out what you want next, I’ll meet you where you're at with compassion and steady support.
As a former teacher with ten years of experience, I understand the pressure that can come with growing, changing, and finding your place in the world. I use an attachment-focused, evidence-based approach to support both youth and adults in navigating life’s challenges. Your story matters, and it will be met with care and respect. Through our work together, you may begin to feel more confident in yourself, more grounded in who you really are, and clearer in the choices you make. Together, we can move toward healing, greater self-understanding, and a life that feels more steady, more aligned, and more like your own.
If you’re ready to invest in yourself, let’s connect. Book a free 15-minute consultation today to see if we’re a good fit.
More Than Just a Therapist.
In my spare time, I like to read fiction, take beginner pottery classes, and garden. You can also find me at the zoo with my three-year-old daughter or enjoying a good TV series and some ice cream after she goes to bed!
