Feeling stuck at work, school, or in your relationships? Does life seem to keep getting in the way of the goals you’re trying to achieve? Maybe social anxiety is holding you back in your career or studies. Maybe stress and feeling misunderstood are creating challenges or strain in your relationships. Or perhaps you’re a caregiver, at home or in your career, giving so much of yourself to others that you’re left feeling completely exhausted and running on empty.
I get it. You want a supportive space to sort through your emotions and feel truly heard. You want practical tools to manage stress, exhaustion, and anxiety so you can feel confident and fulfilled again.
You deserve support—and that’s why I’m here for you. In our sessions together, I’ll help you untangle stressful thoughts, understand your emotions, and focus on what truly matters to you. I’ll support you with breaking down overwhelming challenges, finding ways to cope with anxiety and exhaustion, and developing practical strategies to navigate work, school, and relationships. You’ll leave each session feeling clearer, more supported, and ready to take real steps toward the life you really want.
I know reaching out for therapy, especially for the first time, can feel daunting. My goal is to make it easier. I offer free 15-minute consultation calls, by phone or virtual, so you can see if we’re a good fit.
More Than Just a Therapist.
I love fresh air and the mountains. Outside of work, you’ll often find me hiking, paddleboarding, or camping. I also have a pet bird, and as any bird owner knows, they have just as much personality as any other pet!
